Wolfgang Hilbich
My name is Wolfgang Hilbich, I am 77 years old, German living 31 years already in beautiful Costa Rica and i am the sole owner of Shangri La Mini Resort. I started building this beautiful mini resort in 2005 after selling my hotel business and retired and then started to built 5 more apartments about a year back plus remodeled the existing 3 units plus our main house plus new roofs etc.
Unfortunately, my health situation becomes a problem after several operations, the last big hernia OP was only 9 months ago and I am still recuperating.
My wife and I have decided to downsize and sell our beautiful Compound and then find a place just big enough for the two of us and our pets.
The title deed is clean, we offer finance for a qualified buyer if requested and could negotiate a property as part of the deal if suitable for us.
